Bryan’s Cove is a 415-unit townhome development in Chesapeake, VA, 20 minutes from Virginia Beach and downtown Norfolk. Located adjacent to the Elizabeth River, Bryan’s Cove features a 12-acre cove, pool, clubhouse, 300 ft walking and fishing pier with overlook, boat slips, dog parks, and children’s playgrounds. The project broke ground in July 2017 and all 415 lots are fully constructed. The homes are being built by Ryan Homes and include a mix of family townhomes and age-targeted housing priced from the $290’s to $400’s.
