Bryan’s Cove is a 415-unit townhome development in Chesapeake, VA, 20 minutes from Virginia Beach and downtown Norfolk. Located adjacent to the Elizabeth River, Bryan’s Cove features a 12-acre cove, pool, clubhouse, 300 ft walking and fishing pier with overlook, boat slips, dog parks, and children’s playgrounds. The project broke ground in July 2017 and all 415 lots are fully constructed. The homes were built by Ryan Homes and included a mix of family townhomes and age-targeted housing priced from the $290’s to $400’s.
Creekside Commons is a 132-unit townhome development located in the fast-growing city of Durham, NC. Creekside Commons is located across from an elementary school on approximately 28 acres and features a dog park and dog station, a disc golf course, tot lots, volleyball courts, and picnic areas with grilling stations. Stone Creek is a 208-townhome development located in Stallings, NC. It is conveniently located with an easy 20 min commute to Charlotte on the newly improved transportation corridor (easy access to Monroe Bypass and HWY 74). Atrium Health’s newly constructed hospital is located within walking distance from Union Park. The community is on approximately 26 acres and features tot lots, a dog park, community fire pit, and covered picnic area. All 208 Phase 1 and Phase 2 lots are completed. The 3 story homes are being built by Ryan Homes with prices ranging from the low $300’s.
Southrail Station is a 194-townhome development located in Charlotte, NC which is one of the nation’s fastest growing cities in part due to its excellent transportation system. It is located on ~ 9 acres is one stop away from LoSo Station, and only a 10 min ride on Lynx to downtown Charlotte, 6 min drive from CLT, and within walking distance to many restaurants, brew pubs, and fitness studios. It will be part of a mixed-use development with over 300 apartment homes. The project closed in May of 2021 and currently all lots are completed. The homes are being built by Ryan Homes and include a mix of family townhomes with prices starting at the low $400’s.

Harpers Glen is a 452 lot development with a mix of 255 single family and 197 townhouse homes. It is located in Wendell, NC, a fast-growing suburb of Raleigh, NC along the I-87 / US-64 corridor. The project broke ground in late 2021 and 305 lots have been completed to date. The homes will be built by Ryan Homes with prices starting in the upper $200's for the townhouses and low $300’s for the single family homes.
The development will include many amenities including a pool, cabana, dog park and children’s playground.

Sunset is a 279-lot development with a mix of 129 single family and 150 townhouse homes. It is located in the North West quadrant of Charlotte, NC with convenient access to downtown Charlotte as well as highways, (485, 16 & 77). The project broke ground in August of 2023 with approximately three quarters of the lots to be completed by the mid-year 2024.
The homes will be built by Ryan Homes with prices starting in the mid $300’s for the townhouses (Composer Series) and high $300’s (Simply Ryan Series) for the single-family homes.
Reedy Creek Preserve is a 104-Single Family lot development. It is in the North quadrant of Charlotte, NC with convenient access to downtown Charlotte as well as highway 485. This project broke ground in January with all the lots to be completed by the end of the 2024.
The single-family home development will be built by D.R. Horton with base prices starting at $409,560 through $446,930.
Shopton is a 183-unit townhome development consisting of 20- & 22-foot lots which will be a mix of duplex & triplex building pads. Located in the South West quadrant of Charlotte, NC with convenient access to CLT International Airport, downtown Charlotte as well as highways, (485, 160, 49 & 77).
