Bryan’s Cove II is a 60-unit townhome development located in the #1 high school district in Chesapeake, VA and an extension of Bryan’s Cove. Just 20 minutes from Virginia Beach and downtown Norfolk, the Bryan’s Cove II development will add an additional dog park, tot lot, and community area to the original Bryan’s Cove development’s amenities, which include a 12-acre cove, pool, clubhouse, walking and fishing pier with overlook, and boat slips. The project broke ground in November 2020 with an expected completion date of June 2021. The homes are being built by Ryan Homes and include a mix of family townhomes with prices ranging from the $280’s to $350’s.
